Croatia's Uljanik Shipyard has penned an order to build four newbuilding ro-ros from compatriot owner Jadrolinija.
Uljanik has won a tender of the newbuildings cost EUR 32m ($42m) en bloc over its competitor Brodosplit.
The ships with a capacity of 616-passenger and 145-vehicle, will be delivered in 2014.
