Hyundai Heavy Industries, the world's largest shipbuilder, has recently signed a VLGC newbuilding order.
Mexico's Tomza group is the owner who booked a very large gas carrier (VLGC) at the Korean shipyard.
Newbuilding price is said to be just below $74m for delivery by July 2014.
Notably, the newbuilding will be built to a new hull design equipped with a G-type engine, which saves around 10 tons of fuel over existing VLGCs.
