Seven 84,000-dwt series bulkers, constructed by Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries, have found new owners.
Unnamed Greek owner resale-purchased four of those series vessels and Japanese owner bought the rest of three.
According to Galbraith's recent S&P market report, newbuilding prices are marked around $24m-24.5m apiece.
Those seven newbuildings seem to have been ordered by TMT.
The Taiwan-based shipowner, struggling with financial difficulties, was unable to make payments and Hyundai group cancelled newbuilding contracts in the end.
