Tycoon Petros Vettas and his Bariba Corp are readying for a return with the bulker asset prices at record low levels, shipbrokers say.
Brokers are saying that Vettas has a considerable amount of cash to spend.
They add he might acquire or order a couple of panamax bulkers.
