China's Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding saw two bulker newbuildings being sold on a resale deal.
Greek dry bulk operator Katsikis & Sigalas purchased two 76,059-dwt bulker resales currently under construction at the state-owned Chinese yard for $24m each for delivery this month.
Broker reports list Ningbo Henghou Industries as the seller.
The $24m price reportedly paid for the two resales is slightly higher than $23.3m estimated by VesselsValue for a similar vessel.
