In June, China's civilian steel ship delivery appears to have steeply increased.
In a recent report from the National Bureau of Statistics of China, Chinese shipyards delivered 10.03m dwt of non-naval steel vessels in last month, up by 30.7% year-on-year, representing 25%p increase against previous month.
Also, in the first six months of this year, China's civilian steel ship delivery grew 2.5% to 39.47m dwt year-on-year.
Last month first saw monthly delivery exceeding 10m dwt during 2012, which sharply grew by 53% on previous month.
China's delivery is usually active in the second quarter, in an uptrend from May to July, which may have influenced massive increase in delivery last month.
