Hyundai Mipo Dockyard has clinched a new order for medium-sized pure car truck carriers (PCTC).
Greece's Neptune Lines has inked an order for two PCTC newbuildings with the Korean shipyard.
The deal includes a provision for two optional additional vessels.
The 3,500-ceu PCTCs are due for delivery in late 2013 and early 2014.
The ships are reportedly close sisters of four previous PCTCs, which Hyundai Mipo contracted with the same owner in 2007 and delivered during 2009-2010, but with a reduced environmental footprint and improved energy efficiency.
