CSE Transport Corp of Taiwan has ordered a new bulk carrier at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Japan.
The shipping unit of China Steel Corp will spend $55.5m on the ship, it told the Taiwan stock exchange.
The price suggests a capesize, which would be the first in its fleet.
