On December 10, the steel-cutting ceremony of 209,000 DWT dual-fuel bulkers built by Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (SWS) for Singapore-based EPS was held.

EPS is one of the largest private shipping companies in the world. Its fleet has a wealth of supervision and operation experience in dual-fuel powered vessels, including bulk carriers and tankers. This type of vessel under construction is classified into ABS with 299.78 meters in length overall, 50 meters in width and 25.2 meters in depth. H1513 vessel is the first dual-fuel ship constructed between SWS and EPS and also the first Newcastle bulk Carrier powered by dual fuels in the world.
