On October 29, the naming and signing ceremony of 63500 DWT bulk carrier “CL ZHUANGHE” built by New Dayang Shipbuilding for China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., LTD was held. It is the thirteenth unit delivered by New Dayang Shipbuilding, but also the first bulk carrier in accordance with HCSR.

This series vessel enjoys a sound reputation and appeal in the international market as one of the highly competitive products of New Dayang Shipbuilding. It is 199.99m in length, 32.26m in width, 18.50m in depth with the design draft of 11.30m at a speed of 14.2 knots. This new-generation vessel complies with the EEDI Phase III requirement and obtains “Green Passport”.
