On February 19, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. officially started to build H1501 Capesize bulk carrier, carrying 180,000 DWT goods, for Shandong Shipping Corporation. This series of the vessel is 292m in length overall, 45m in width and 24.9m in depth. The LPP is 286.4m and the scantling draft is 18.3m. Besides, it has been classified by CCS, meeting the latest environmental requirements, such as CSR-H, TIER III and EEDI.
