CSSC Chengxi Shipyard of China and Ningbo Fonwa Shipping signed a newbuilding contract for two 49,000-dwt bulkers on 30 December 2011.
Fonwa Shipping and CSSC Chengxi had previous business relationship of ordering two 53,000-dwt bulkers.
It is known that Fonwa Shipping, satisfied with its two bulkers, made another contract with CSSC Chengxi on the basis of mutual trust.
