Nova Shipping of Singapore signed contracts for another pair of woodchip carriers in China.
Industry sources say the deal for the 69,300-dwt duo has gone to Jiangsu New Yangzijiang Shipbuilding, bringing the tally of similar-size woodchip carriers Nova has on order at the yard to six.
The vessels will be delivered in late 2013 and early 2014.
Nova has an ambitious newbuilding programme with 12 woodchip carriers of 69,300 dwt on order at Jiangsu New Yangzijiang and Nantong Mingde Heavy Industry for delivery starting this year.
