Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering revealed Wednesday that it has inked a semi-submersible rig with an un-identified European client.
Daewoo reveals the newbuilding has a price tag of KRW 727.3bn ($621.9m) and will be delivered by May 15th 2014.
The South Korean shipbuilder has to date inked 24 semi-submersible rigs and delivered 18 of them.
Meanwhile, Daewoo's order tally this year is unchanged with the rig order, remaining at 52 ships and offshore facilities worth around $14.8bn.
