Greece's Diana Shipping confirms a raid on compatriot Samos Shipping for a panamax.
The New York-listed owner said it had paid $32.25m for the 81,000-dwt bulker Vathy (built 2010).
The ship will be renamed Leto and join the Diana fleet in the first quarter of 2012.
